These Terms and Conditions cover your access to the Avira OEM Portal and use of any contents on the Avira OEM Portal, your rights and obligations when evaluating Avira software and software services and related components (“Avira Products”) and your confidentiality obligations. These Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between you and the Norton entity specified in the Terms and Conditions.
By indicating acceptance or by loading the Avira Products, you accept the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, then close the window and do not access or use any content on the OEM Portal and/or the Avira Products or share Avira’s confidential information.
